A cellular lease buyout occurs when Rooftop Asset Partners purchases your cellular leases that you have on your rooftop. These leases are assigned to Rooftop Asset Partners and we pay you a lump sum payment for these future cash flows that you normally receive from the cellular rents. We will then manage these leases along with the burden of coordinating access, maintenance and upgrades that your cellular tenants need and require.
Rooftop Asset Partners then takes control of these leases and takes on the risk of the cellular lease ending early or if a rental reduction occurs. You benefit by gaining access to this instant cash that you can use for whatever purpose you desire.
The purchase process follows the following course. First, we will send you a letter of intent with an agreed upon price and business terms. Second, we will then undertake our due diligence, in a timely manner, and finalize a purchase and sale agreement with you. Third, when the purchase and sale agreement is executed, at closing, you will receive cash for your rooftop asset.
